Your Rights and Obligations

1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in this document, shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" The jetbaje website accessible at https://jetbaje.net, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and associated services.
• "Player" / "User" Any individual who registers a player account on jetbaje and uses the Platform for gaming or betting purposes.
• "Account" The registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, which holds the Player's personal information, transaction history, balance, and game activity records.
• "Balance" The total funds held in a Player's jetbaje account, including both real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds (subject to applicable wagering requirements).
• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free spins value, welcome bonus amounts, or reload bonus amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a jetbaje promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" The total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" Funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, excluding bonus credits.
• "Approved Payment Method" A payment channel officially supported by jetbaje for deposits and withdrawals, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jetbaje before processing withdrawals or in cases of suspected fraud.
• "BST" Bangladesh Standard Time — UTC+6, the time zone used for all platform timestamps, promotional deadlines, and support hours stated on jetbaje.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jetbaje platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These supplementary documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and jetbaje.

jetbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using jetbaje immediately and may request account closure through the support team.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms that may be made available for reference, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the jetbaje Platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one active account on jetbaje at any time. Duplicate account registration — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate and complete information:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document or passport)
• A valid email address that you own and have sole access to
• Your date of birth (you must be 18 years of age or older)
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number
• A secure password of your choosing

jetbaje reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetbaje login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account. jetbaje will never request your password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jetbaje support immediately via Live Chat.

jetbaje will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their credentials. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all registered players and is strongly recommended.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. jetbaje may suspend or restrict withdrawals where account information cannot be verified or where discrepancies are identified between registration details and KYC documentation.

4. Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering on jetbaje, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements;
• The funds you use for gambling on jetbaje are not derived from illegal activity.

jetbaje is committed to preventing underage gambling. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on devices accessible to minors. If you are aware of any underage individuals attempting to access jetbaje, please report this to our support team immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jetbaje accepts deposits exclusively via Approved Payment Methods — currently bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla), and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per week; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 30 minutes, please contact jetbaje support via Live Chat with your transaction reference number. jetbaje does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds for the purpose of participating in games and betting markets on the Platform. Using jetbaje as a payment processing or currency conversion vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same Approved Payment Method used to make the corresponding deposit. jetbaje applies this policy to prevent money laundering and ensure the integrity of the withdrawal process. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method from which you have not previously deposited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Average processing time for withdrawals via bKash and Nagad is approximately 15 minutes from the point of approval. In some cases, particularly where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced review, processing may take up to 24 hours.

jetbaje reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport;
• Proof of your registered mobile number or payment account ownership;
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months);
• Source of funds documentation in cases of high-value withdrawals.

Only winnings from real-money play are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal request can be processed. jetbaje reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus liabilities from a withdrawal amount where wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

5.3 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, transactions, and displayed game stakes on jetbaje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. jetbaje does not perform currency conversions. Players are responsible for ensuring their Approved Payment Method account is denominated in BDT.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jetbaje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the jetbaje promotions page at the time of offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated on individual promotion pages.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, minimum qualifying odds per selection and per accumulator may apply.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jetbaje monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting simultaneously on opposite outcomes), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors or promotional loopholes, and any other strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine participation in the platform's games. Where bonus abuse is identified, jetbaje reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel any pending withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings, and close the affected account(s) with immediate effect.

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

jetbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued after a Player has already met the eligibility criteria and claimed the bonus, the bonus will remain in place for the original stated duration. jetbaje's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility and promotion outcomes is final.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Player Obligations

As a registered player on jetbaje, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify jetbaje immediately of any suspected unauthorised account access;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
• Gamble responsibly and within your financial means;
• Use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic;
• Not access the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jetbaje platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent payment information;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account on jetbaje, whether under your own details or using third-party information;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player environment;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, miscalculated odds, or technical errors in games or the Platform. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of an error are void;
• Money Laundering: Using jetbaje for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity. jetbaje fully cooperates with law enforcement investigations involving financial crime;
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing jetbaje support agents or other platform users via any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jetbaje account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any outstanding bonus liabilities) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered Approved Payment Method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling concerns — you may also activate a self-exclusion period before or instead of permanent closure. Please visit the Responsible Gaming page or speak to our support team for guidance.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jetbaje

jetbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration;
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual;
• Suspected use of automated betting tools or collusion;
• Underage gambling (where a Player is found to be under 18 years of age);
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed by jetbaje for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their Approved Payment Method. Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse — jetbaje reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance as damages.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jetbaje will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if less than ৳100). Dormancy fees will not reduce a balance below zero. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.
